Oil Tan, Oregon Trail Sholder-Book Bag

Oil Tan leather is about 1/8 inch thick, has a soft malleable feel to touch with an oiled smooth surface. Cleaning Oil Tan leather is easy with most leather cleaners. The thickness of this pleasent feeling cow leather sholder bag is perfect for carrying heavy objects.
The color of this bag is reminiscent of sunset canyon walls in the Great South West.
Dimensions are 10.5 inches wide, 11 inches tall with a 3.5 inch gusset. We have put 3 pockets, all with a natural edge, on this fine bag. Pockets live under the front flap, inside back, and outside back, being the largest, is 9 inches wide by 7 inches tall. This bag is not lined.
The adjustable strap is 2.25 inches across the sholder and tapers to 1.5 inches at the solid Brass buckle. The length of this strong sholder strap is 43 inches to 31 inches. There is hand lacing on the strap where it meets the bag as well as solid Brass Riviting combined with machine sewing.
There is a double D ring closer on the front of this solidly constructed bag.
There are 2 Oregon Trail Coin Concho decorations. The American Indian side of the coin is attached to the front flap while the Oregon Trail Memorial side is trailing off into the sunset on the back.
